Slight Healing
Lesser Healing
Healing
Powerful Healing
Greater Healing
Complete Healing
The Mender Feats function based on skill in healing, wisdom, and the Mender PrC class level. Slight Healing, Lesser Healing, Healing, Powerful Healing, and Greater Healing all function the same way, just with increasing power; use them to heal allies or damage undead--it will hurt you in so doing, but less so as your skill and training improve.

Complete Healing can only be achieved if you are of sufficient health. In using it, you weaken yourself nearly to the point of death for a time... if you are too weak, it will kill you. However, with this power you can even bring back fallen comrades.

Finally, Healer Drain is for reversing the flow of energy; with it, you steal the life-force of another being and gain it for yourself. Be cautious using this on undead, however... The more powerful you are, the more you are able to take from your opponent.

Dragon spawn
(PRESTIGE CLASS)

Dragon Spawn are the result of failed attempts by the Second Born to create quickly grown, corruptable dragons for his armies of conquest. They are powerful beings, unusually strong and hale. Though they have many of physical and personality characteristics of dragons, most of these are the flaws, and not the good aspects: though exceptionally strong, they also tend to be simple-minded. At their most powerful, they may take the form of a dragon. But, it is highly unstable, and they are unable to control it for long.

Giant killer
(PRESTIGE CLASS)

The Giant Killer is a skilled combatant, often from humble beginnings, trained to the specific purpose of slaying giants. He has mastered combat techniques designed to fell giants, and has become an expert in their behavior and habits. A Giant Killer is nothing if not confident; a giant's immense size merely means he makes a good target. Remuneration of any kind, fighting giants for the sheer pleasure of it.
Unsurprisingly, the mere promise of an encounter with a giant is reason enough for most Giant Killers to join an adventuring party. For the most part, a Giant Killer leaves decision-making to others. Though in principle, he may share the party's fervor for the expedition at hand, he's usually more concerned with finding giants. He may become impatient and surly if the party goes for too long without meeting one.
The Giant Killer relishes violent encounters of all kinds, if only to exercise his combat skills. Of course, he comes into his own when fighting giants, and it's a wise party that follows his lead in such situations. With the use of both specialized combat tactics and his animal companion, the Giant Killer makes a formidable opponent.
