BUILDING COSTRUCTION
Welcome to the building construction section! Tired of feeling like aimless gypsies? Have you decided to build your dream home or even a private fortress? And why not an entire village or even a city? Well, you are in the right place! In fact, TNS offers you the possibility to build what you like most in a simple way. You need a minimum of familiarity with the Aurora toolset as well as some materials. Let's proceed in order and see how to do it:
- Aurora Toolset C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Neverwinter Nights\bin\win32 --> nwtoolset.exe (is the tool to create areas).
- LSI Building Pack (includes haks and base module).
- LSI Building Excel.
- Gold pounds.
- Materials such as wood, iron, etc. (only for fortresses, villages and cities).
Here how to install the Building Pack files:
- Install the hak files in: C:\Users\MyPC\Documents\Neverwinter Nights\hak
- Install the module in: C:\Users\MyPC\Documents\Neverwinter Nights\modules
Now let's see how to proceed:
- First you need to book, through the forum, a meeting with an officer of the Golden City to talk about your project (it can take up to 7 days).
- If the project is feasible, the officer may ask you to accompany him to the area indicated by you. Remember that you are responsible for his life and must therefore protect him from any attacks.
- Fill in the Excel file in the green boxes following any instructions provided by the officer. However, the file is very self-explanatory.
- At this point you will have the total resources needed to carry out your project indicated in the yellow boxes.
- Send the Excel file via Discord to one of the admins for approval (it can take up to 7 days).
- If approved, you can proceed to gather the necessary resources.
- Using the base_builder.mod module you can start drawing your project.
- When you have all the necessary resources, book, through the forum, a second meeting with an officer of the Golden City (it can take up to 7 days) and deliver the material to him.
- At this point, send the form to one of the admins for final approval and publication.
